Changing mindsets, practices, and systems in schools and education organizations is complex work. It’s even more complex when you aim to innovate changes that dismantle systems of oppression and uplift equity, justice, and liberation in your community. Complex isn’t impossible.
Services
Through Rooted Liberation, your community can receive a range of services for school/organization leaders, educators, and staff related to culture, curriculum, and community partnership. Services include workshop design and facilitation, training, coaching, consultation, curriculum design, and more.
CULTURE SERVICES
It starts with the adults. As we strive to make our schools more liberatory, empowering, and joyful spaces, we often are asking the adults in our buildings to embody a culture they never experienced as children.
CURRICULUM SERVICES
It starts with listening. When it comes to curating and designing curriculum that meets the needs of students, there is only one way to begin: asking students and teachers what they need.
